							        eGRANT Login and Registration Instructions




If you know your Login and Password, enter it here and begin working on your
grant application(s).




If you have already registered as an eGRANT user but have forgotten your login
and password, click here and an email will be sent to you with that information.
You will need your login name to use this feature.
If this is your first time using the eGRANT system or if you want to apply for one
of the Tennessee Arts Commission’s Grant Categories for Individuals (PDS, IAF
or AE-TI), click here. You only need to register once.




Click Proceed to begin registration process.
If you are registering as an Organization, then you will enter the Organization
name here. If you are registering as a individual you will enter your name
here not your organization’s name.

Applications from eligible organizations will be accepted in all TAC grant
categories with the exception of: Individual Artist Fellowships (IAF),
Professional Development Support (PDS) and Arts Education – Teacher
Incentive (AE-CI).

Applications from eligible individuals will only be accepted in: Individual Artist
Fellowships (IAF), Professional Development Support (PDS) and Arts Education
– Teacher Incentive (AE-TI).
Choose a login name with at least six (6) characters.




Choose a password with at least six (6) characters.
Retype your password here.




This field is used to help you remember your password if you have forgotten it.
This field is used for the main contact person for the account. If this
information changes ,you will need to contact Keith Cunha
(keith.cunha@state.tn.us) to have this information updated.




This field is for the email address of the main contact person for the account. If
this information changes ,you will need to contact Keith Cunha
(keith.cunha@state.tn.us) to have this information updated.
Click the Proceed button when done. Only click this button once. There may
be a pause as the next page loads.




Now click the proceed button to begin the application process. An email will be
sent to the email address entered containing the information you just entered.

You need to save this login information. You do not need to re-register
every year or for each application that you submit.
