Instructions for using the OPHA Conference USB keys:

The exhibitor and sponsor information were written onto a Write-Protected area of the USB key.
This means that the area in which the conference information resides cannot be changed in any
way, including adding new files.

When you insert your USB key into the computer, your computer will see 2 new drives: the
MYCD_VOL (which is the locked folder), and a “Removable Disk” folder.

You are free to write any information into the “Removable Disk” folder.

Right-click on the “Start” button at the bottom left of your screen.
      Choose “Explore”

If you cannot see the drives mentioned above.
Click "Start" on the taskbar, then right-click "My Computer".
Click "Manage". This opens up a new dialogue box.

Under the menus on the left side, under "Computer Management" there is folder called "Storage".
Under that folder, click on "Disk Management". You will now see information in the right-side
pane of the dialogue box.

In the list of drives in the right pane, right-click the “Removable Device” and then click “Change
Drive Letter and Paths”.

Click “Change” button, and in the drop-down box, specify a drive letter for the Removable
Device, choosing one that is not already being used in the right-side panel.

Click “OK”, and then click “OK” again.

You should now be able to see the USB key as a Removable Device. You may have to restart
your computer first.

If this doesn’t work, there are Alternate Instructions below. These instructions require that the
