Hanif is a co-founder of AHV Associates. He gained experience in structuring and selling
derivatives at some of the world’s largest investment banks including Lazard Brothers
(where he was also involved in complex corporate finance transactions), Credit Agricole
Indosuez and JP Morgan. He has also set up and grown his own business from which he
successfully exited before forming AHV.
Andrew is a co-founder of AHV Associates. During his career at Salomon Brothers, Andrew
was rated as the number one communications analyst globally in all the major corporate
and institutional investor surveys and was responsible for many successful capital-raising
exercises for numerous large and small communications companies before starting his own
Annette previously held the position of Head of Telecoms Global Business Development for
Corporate Finance at ING Barings, where she gained significant experience in M&A, private
equity, structured debt and public equity transactions. She later became the founding director
and CEO of XchangePoint Holdings Ltd, a Venture Capital backed Internet Interconnect
company which she saw through numerous fundraising rounds before joining AHV.
Bruce joined the Cedef/Decillion Group (an FSA regulated matched principle broking
business) in Switzerland in 1999 and later became the Finance Director and subsequently
the CEO of Decillion London, where he was responsible for finance, regulatory compliance,
risk management and corporate transactions related to the group’s international operations.
Rowan has been with AHV since 2007. Previously he spent 3 years at Citigroup as a Management
Associate where he performed numerous functions including corporate finance and strategy.
He went on to assist a number of startups in raising venture capital before attending London
Business School and joining the AHV team.
