CONTRACT OF “SERVICES OF PROMOTION FOR HOUSING TEMPORARY RENT

							CONTRACT OF “SERVICES OF PROMOTION FOR HOUSING TEMPORARY
RENT ON THE INTERNET” WHICH CELEBRATE FROM ONE PART
COMERCIALIZING COMPANY RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO S.A. DE C.V., TO
WHOM IN WHAT IT FOLLOWS IT “RENT TEMPORARY IN MEXICO” AND FROM
ANOTHER PART, THE PERSON WHO HAS THE NAME ON THE MASK OF THIS
CONTRACT, WE WILL NAME HIM “THE CLIENT”, UNDER THE FOLLOWING:


                                        CLAUSES


FIRST.- OBJECT
The purpose of this contract, is to give the “SERVICES OF PROMOTION OF
TEMPORARY HOUSING ON THE INTERNET” in favour of “THE CLIENT”,
indicated in the mask of the present contact. Through this, “THE CLIENT” confirm that all
the information presented in the mask of this contract is true, he received with satisfaction
the content of this present contract and also he confirms that he understood entirely the
services which is requiring and the form in what “que “RENTA TEMPORAL
MEXICO®” give the “SERVICES OF PROMOTION OF TEMPORARY HOUSING ON
THE INTERNET”.


SECOND.- INTERNET USING RULES
The using of the “SERVICES OF PROMOTION OF TEMPORARY HOUSING ON THE
INTERNET”, by “THE CLIENT” implies his acceptation and conformity. Recognizing
from this point, to have a full knowledge of the network managed by “RENTA
TEMPORAL MEXICO®”, even its limits and technical qualities, delays to answer,
questions or trade informations, also its legal environment.


THIRD.- the “SERVICES OF PROMOTION OF TEMPORARY HOUSING ON
THE INTERNET”. During the validity period of this present document, , “RENTA
TEMPORAL MEXICO®” will give to “THE CLIENT” the “SERVICES OF
PROMOTION OF TEMPORARY HOUSING ON THE INTERNET” under sizes,
attributes and positions determined by “RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®”, that will be
known previously. “THE CLIENT” will permit to “RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®”, the
using of his information, pictures and images during the validity period of this present
contract, also “THE CLIENT” will provided systematically to “RENTA TEMPORAL
MEXICO®”, images, pictures and contents that will be published. The obliged minimum
delay to complete for the “SERVICES OF PROMOTION OF TEMPORARY HOUSING
ON THE INTERNET” is of six months or a year according to the suscribed contract, from
the date of the firm of the present contract. At the end of this contract, the “SERVICES OF
PROMOTION OF TEMPORARY HOUSING ON THE INTERNET” will keep the same,
even the charge of the prices for this same concept. “THE CLIENT” won’t be able to
cancel his susription once he paid, because we do not manage with refund, however, he will
be free to quite his property with written advise, without having any penality.


 FOURTH.- TECHNICAL ASISTANCE AND SUPPLY
“RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®” will offer to “THE CLIENT” assistance service online
or by phone, in case that problems occur using our services. The previous, under terms and
conditions of the “RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®” policy.


FIFTH.- MAINTENANCE
“RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®” will be able, without any responsability, interrupt
totally or partially the “SERVICES OF PROMOTION OF TEMPORARY HOUSING ON
THE INTERNET” when maintenance activites are realized on equipmentslinked to the
“SERVICES OF PROMOTION FOR HOUSING TEMPORARY RENT ON THE
INTERNET”.


SIXTH.- HAZARD CASE OR FORCED CASE
In front of a hazard case or forced case which prevent partial or totalmente the process of
“SERVICES OF PROMOTION OF TEMPORARY HOUSING ON THE INTERNET”,
“RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®” will be able to cancel the contract, through a written
note within 10 natural days after the circumstance occured, which will oblige both parts to
adjust the fees due for the “SERVICES OF PROMOTION OF TEMPORARY HOUSING
ON THE INTERNET”, which has been done.


SEVENTH.- VALIDITY AND TERMS
“THE CLIENT” asserts that he knows the validity of the contract with services requested,
also the obliged minimum delay, established in this same document.


EIGHTH.- RIGHT CESSION
In any case “THE CLIENT” will be able to concede rights and obligations mentionned in
this contract.
The property of the right acess, using, exploitation and comercialisation of the “SERVICES
OF PROMOTION OF TEMPORARY HOUSING ON THE INTERNET”, is exclusive for
“RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®”, as a matter of fact, “THE CLIENT” won’t be able to
exploit neither transfer them to another person in any case.
NINETH.- RESPONSABILITY AND EXCLUSION
The infomation given “THE CLIENT” through “SERVICES OF PROMOTION OF
TEMPORARY HOUSING ON THE INTERNET”, is under his exclusive responsability,
consequently it lets “RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®” free of any responsability related
to non authorized access, theft, damage, destruction or lost of information. Folders or
programs which belongs to “THE CLIENT” who is which is connected in a direct or non
direct way to “SERVICES OF PROMOTION OF TEMPORARY HOUSING ON THE
INTERNET”, given by “RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®”. “RENTA TEMPORAL
MEXICO®” won’t be responsable for theft, modification, damage, or destruction of folders
by people called Hackers o Crackers who made invasions to the privacy or against “THE
CLIENT” or others. In any case, “RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®” will respond for
consequences, losts, non obtained gains, results of uncomplishment de any obligations that
both parts agree on this present contract.
“THE CLIENT” obliges himself to bring out and mantain in peace or safe “RENTA
TEMPORAL MEXICO®” of any claim, demand or legal action which could appear
against “RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®”, derivative of the described facts in the
previous paragraphs and in general, of any claim, demand or legal action which could
derivate from the using of “THE CLIENT” of the “SERVICES OF PROMOTION OF
TEMPORARY HOUSING ON THE INTERNET”, that imply damage or modification of
the network or means through which are given these services, even damages to others.
“RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®” is not responsable for the compatibility, confiability,
or functioning of the software through which is realized the updating of the information
with remote.


TENTH.- RESTRICTION ON THE USING OF “SERVICES OF PROMOTION OF
TEMPORARY HOUSING ON THE INTERNET”
“THE CLIENT” oblige himself to accomplish at any time with legal, loyal and contractual
dispositions, which regulate our services, remaining strictly forbidden to “THE CLIENT”
the comercialisation of the “SERVICES OF PROMOTION OF TEMPORARY HOUSING
ON THE INTERNET”, given by “RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®”.
“THE CLIENT” will have to abstain to have access, change or destroy any information that
is not his, en in general, to not act or permit any action against the interests of “RENTA
TEMPORAL MEXICO®” or against the clients.
It remains under the responsability of “THE CLIENT”, to limit, to avoid, to forbid that his
staff or other person make bad use, abuse or non authorized using of the “SERVICES OF
PROMOTION OF TEMPORARY HOUSING ON THE INTERNET”, so he obliges
himself to cover all the charges, including damages caused to “RENTA TEMPORAL
MEXICO®” due to something not accomplished. The non-observance of “THE CLIENT”
to the previous, permits to “RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®” to suspend the
“SERVICES OF PROMOTION OF TEMPORARY HOUSING ON THE INTERNET”,
including cancel it, without being able to order the services that were not accomplished.
THE FIRST TENTH.- AUTHOR RIGHTS
“RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®” guarantees that the servicies that they will give to
“THE CLIENT”, under the terms of this present contract, respect the law of Autor Rights
or the one of Intelectual Property by others. That is why “RENTA TEMPORAL
MEXICO®” obliges itself to bring out peace and keep safe “THE CLIENTE” from any
claim, demand or legal action which would be against “THE CLIENT” about the services
given by “RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®”.
“THE CLIENT” confirms that all the information provided to “RENTA TEMPORAL
MEXICO®” for the accomplishment of the present contract, is from his property and that
he can use it in term of law respect. So, “THE CLIENT” obliges himself to bring out peace
and keep safe “RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®” of any claim, demand or legal action
against “RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®” with purpose of non-respect of the autor rights
or intelectual property of others.


TENTH SECOND.- EVENTUALITY
“RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®” guarantee that “SERVICES OF PROMOTION OF
TEMPORARY HOUSING ON THE INTERNET”, will be offered according to a quality
standard of “RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®”. However, “RENTA TEMPORAL
MEXICO®” do not guarantee the non-interrupted activity de este servicio for a forced case.


THIRTEENTH.- SUSPENSION AND CANCELATION OF THE “SERVICES OF
PROMOTION OF TEMPORARY HOUSING ON THE INTERNET”
“RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®” will be able to cancel the contract, without
responsability for this, without giving money back, documents back, images, pictures and
other material provided by “THE CLIENT”.
“THE CLIENT” will be able to request the cancelation of the “SERVICES OF
PROMOTION OF TEMPORARY HOUSING ON THE INTERNET”, through a written
document to “RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®”.
When it is possible, “RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®” will notify to “THE CLIENT”,
through the adress www.rentatemporalmexico.com or through an email, the possible
interruption of the service and the delay to be recovered. At the end of this contract,
contracted services, names on the screen and any credits or similar rights of the using, will
be erased automatically, without proceed to a money devolution, neither any documents,
images, pictures and material provided by “THE CLIENT”.


FOURTHEENTH.- CONFIDENCAL INFORMATION
Both parts commit themselves to preserve and to protect confidencial informations that
belong and come from both parts, as well as the way this infomation is contained and from
where it comes, during the validity of the contract and after it is finished.


FIFTHEENTH.- MODIFICATIONS
“RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®” will be able to notify and to put at the disposal of
“THE CLIENT” the new terms and conditions of its comercial adress through the website
www.rentatemporalmexico.com .


SIXTHEENTH.- TOTAL AGREEMENT
This contract constitutes the total of the agreements between both parts respecting su
purpose and canceling any contracts, negociations, written or spoken compromises, related
to this contract nad won’t be able to be modificated, they have to do it through a another
written agreement.


SEVENTHEENTH.- NOTIFICATIONS AND ADRESSES
Any notification will have to be sent to the email info@rentatemporalmexico.com or to the
personal email of “RENTA TEMPORAL MEXICO®” team members indicated on the
present contract. Any notification will be effective from the dates indicated in the email.


TENTH EIGHTEENTH.- AVAILABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
For any controversal case and everything relationated with interpretation, non-
accomplishment and execution of the present document, parts agree to be submitted to the
competent court jurisdiction and available laws from Quintana Roo estate in Benito Juárez
Cancún Mexico minicipality, resigning to any other jurisdiction for nationality motive,
residence or business place that can corresponds now and in a futur, previous concialiation.
