Nadiane Bastin has been exploring various styles of yoga since her student’s years at the Free University of Brussels. She discovered Ashtanga yoga later in Miami and this challenging style fascinated her and revived her interest for yoga. She started a daily practice and changed her lifestyle, becoming vegetarian and more aware of her life goals and desire to share the benefits of yoga with others. She seeked the guidance of the best teachers in USA, Belgium and India including David Swenson, Manju Jois, David Williams, John Scott, Baron Baptiste, Esther Meyer, Yogi Hari, Amrit Desai, Jean-Claude Garnier and YogasharyaVenkatesh. She is certified to teach Hatha Yoga since 1999 through the International Sport Medicine Association and the Houston Yoga Institute . She received a certificate of excellence from Atma Vikasa Yoga School in Mysore and was trained to teach Ashtanga yoga by David Swenson and Manju Jois. She studied traditional yoga at The Yoga Institute of Santa Cruz in Bombay and meditation techniques in Pune at the Osho Commune. She has been teaching successful group and individual classes in USA, Qatar, Belgium and India since 1999. She also holds university degrees in Physical Education, Physical Therapy and History of Art and combines her knowledge and experience to teach safe and effective classes.
