WRITER/GHOSTWRITER AGREEMENT
THIS WRITER/GHOSTWRITER AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made this ____ day of __________________, 20_______ between ___________________________ (the “Writer”) and ________________________________ (the “Producer”). WHEREAS the Producer wishes to retain the Writer to perform certain writing/ghost writing services (the “Services”) and the Writer wishes to provide such Services to the Producer on the terms and conditions provided for herein. NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the mutual promises and agreements contained in this Agreement, and other good and valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows: 1.00 SERVICES
1.01 The Producer and the Writer hereby agree that the Producer retains the Writer to perform certain writing/ghost writing Services in respect of ____________________________ (enter description of writing services to be performed) (the “Project”). 1.02 The Producer and the Writer hereby agree that the Services shall include the preparation and delivery by the Writer to the Producer of the following: (i) (ii) (iii)
1.03 The Producer and the Writer hereby agree that the Writer shall be responsible for the following specific Services; all interviews, research (as needed), documented fact-checking, market research, generating drafts for review and markup, redrafting of the Services as required, and a final rendering of a commercially viable and excellently written _______________ that meets the relevant industry standards. 2.00 DELIVERY DATES
2.01 The Producer and the Writer hereby agree that the Writer shall provide to the Producer for review and approval, a first draft of the Project by the ______ day of __________, 2______.

2.02 The Producer and the Writer hereby agree that the Writer, upon request of the Producer, shall make any and all revisions to the first draft of the Project and will submit such amended first draft to the Producer for review and approval by __________ (___) days after the Writer receives such request for revisions to the first draft of the Project by the Producer. 2.03 The Producer and the Writer hereby agree that the Writer shall submit to the Producer for review any Services being worked on by the Writer, even if such Services are not complete or in their final form. 2.04 The Producer and the Writer hereby agree that the anticipated completion date for the Project is the _____ day of ________________, 2______, (the “Completion Date”) or such other date as the Producer and the Writer in writing may agree. 2.05 The Writer hereby agrees that he/she will provide the completed Project to the Producer by the Completion Date, in final, good
