Introduction: - This project is related to salary statement of employees working in different sections of HAL.It helps to the users to view Employees details like employee code, name, designation, salary etc. He can also see the salary distribution of a particular employee by id or his name.
Organization Details : The beginning of HAL can be traced to the year 1940 when a far - sighted industrialist, Late Seth Walchand Hirachand set up a company called Hindustan Aircraft Limited at Bangalore with the object of establishing an Aviation industry that can manufacture, assemble and overhaul aircraft under licence. Initially aircraft like Curtiss Hawk and Harlow Trainer were taken up for manufacture and overhaul in collaboration with Inter Continental Aircraft Company of the USA.

Castings, forgings, rubber components, cylinder liners, bimetallic sector for brake and ceramic brake pads. Manufacture, overhaul & repair of Adour Mk.811, Artouste IIIB, Garrett TPE 331-5 engines. Overhaul & repair of Adour Mk 804E, Dart, Gnome, Orpheus and Avon engines. Manufacture and overhaul of Cheetah (SA-315 Lama), Lancer Chetak (Alouette III) helicopters and Advanced Light Helicopters (ALH)

Light alloy structures and assemblies for satellites and launch vehicles. Repair and overhaul of Industrial & Marine Gas Turbines. Manufacture of Dornier 228, overhaul and repair of Do-228, (Avro) HS-748, HPt-32, An-32, Canberra and Civil aircraft. Landing gears, wheels, brakes, hydraulic and fuel accessories, aircraft instruments, GSE, GHE and ECS. Air Route Surveillance Radar (ARSR), Precision Approach Radar (PAR), INCOM, RAM, IFF, VHF/UHF, HFSSB, Aircraft Battery and Ceramic Brake Pads.
Architecture Used :- Project has been implemented in C & C++. Text file has been used for database handling. Overview: - There are four options in this software can add n(any finite quantity)no of employees. you can view details(like employee code,name,designation,salary) of all you employees. can search any employee by code to view salary structure you can search any employee by name to view salary structure you In the first option user has to enter employee name, code, designation, details About income (Basic Pay, technical allowance (TA), Dearness allowance (DA), House rent allowance (HRA)) and details about liabilities (Income tax , provident fund, any type of loan which he has taken).By subtracting liabilities from income you can get salary of particular employee.
