KUDOS
In each addition of the “Tattler” we try to acknowledge an individual who helps make our Bridgehaven Community a great place to live. This month we would like to salute Char Murphy who is retiring as a member of the Board of Directors. Char has served two terms on the Board and in doing so has played a key part in making our community the strong, vibrant place we all love. If you happen to see Char in the “Hood” give her a big smile and tell her thanks for all her efforts in our behalf.

REPLACEMENT GARAGE/ENTRANCE LIGHTING
The Board has received many inquiries about replacing the outdoor lighting on individual condo units. We are currently in the process of selecting a lantern (model/color) and vendor that must be used when replacing and buying fixtures. The Association is responsible for replacing the outside fixtures on the (14) Terrace Buildings, It remains the individual condo owner’s responsibility to replace all other outside lighting.
