IMPORTANT THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
"What to do, when it happens, where to find it"
BADGES
All persons attending must wear badges and ribbons to be admitted to all the programs. Write your WBCCI number on the back of your ribbon so, if lost, and some are at every rally, it can be returned.

FRIENDSHIP CENTER
The Friendship Center is in the Exhibition Hall Atrium. Please note that activities in the WBCCI Friendship Center area will be closed during the evening programs and Opening Ceremony.

CONCESSION STAND
Food will be available from the Concession Stand that is the back of the Friendship Center in the Exhibition Hall Atrium. Times of service will be posted.

HEARING IMPAIRED
Arrangements have been made to assist any of our hearing impaired members during the evening programs. Ask the Usherettes for assistance.

MAIL SERVICE
The POST OFFICE located in the Exhibition Hall-B #1 Window Office will be open June 24, 11:00 am to 4:30 pm daily, except Sundays. The last mail call will be July 3 (there is no mail delivery on July 4).

MEDICAL INFORMATION
Medical Information is in the Exhibition Hall Lobby. Nurses, Doctors and other Medical Technicians will be available for blood pressure readings and referrals. No medication or treatment is available or allowed to be administered to rally participants. Addresses for Hospitals, Urgent Care are listed in the back of this book.

PET OWNERS
Pet owners are reminded that all pets must be on a leash when outside your Airstream and to always clean up after your pet. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ANY BUILDING. R. L. Jeffries, DVM, #1794, will be on site. Consult the locator board for exact location and times of his services. Pet owners need to contact a local veterinary for all other services.

PROGRAMS AND SCHEDULES
Scheduled activities for special groups that are not in the program booklet may be obtained at the sign-up tables or from the bulletin boards. Any program or schedule change will be posted on the Bulletin Boards in the Exhibition Lobby West Hall. Changes will also be announced at Evening Programs and on CB Radio.

PROPANE
Propane will not be sold at the Rally parking site. However, commercial vendors are available nearby.

RALLY COMPETITIVE EVENTS
Sign-up tables are located in the Exhibition Hall-A/B for a wide variety of activities. Visit the area shortly after registering and sign up for your favorites, such as Region luncheons, flea market, indoor and outdoor games and contests, National caravans and rallies, and many more. Stroll by the tables to be sure you have signed up and note the time and place the activities will be held. If space is available Commercial tours may also be offered from the Rally to various points of interest.

TABLES & CHAIRS AND SOUND SYSTEM
All Chairmen giving a seminar or needing a room should contact the Tables & Chairs Chairman to make arrangements for room set up. Any Chairman needing a sound system must contact the Sound Chairman at least 24 hours in advance. Both offices are located in the Committee Chairmen’s Office, Exhibition Hall-C.

WALLY BYAM CONTROL
Listen to Ch. 14 to hear announcements, program changes, and to report emergencies that may arise. Please do not tie up Channel 14 with personal messages. Open the squelch, until you hear static on your set, and make sure that Channel 14 is clear before transmitting. Use Channel 14 to contact your friends and then switch to another channel above 20 for your conversation. Please realize that we must also share the channel with local CB users. Announcements are made at the following times: 7:30 am,10:00 am, 12:30 pm, 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

VIDEO TAPING OF PROGRAMS
Many programs at the International permit taping, but some do not want videos taken. Almost without exception PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMS will not permit their program to be taped. If you want to tape a program, check with the Entertainment Receptionist Chairman and get their permission ahead of time to avoid any embarrassment.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
1. In case of an emergency, please call 911 (if using a courtesy phone on the grounds you must dial 9 then 911) and Wally Byam Control on Channel 14 and do the following: a. Give your name, location (CamPlex), the park you are in (eg., Boxelder), section and row number (eg., A-26), as well as your RV number. b. Turn on your vehicle lights, emergency flashers, and have a neighbor stand by to direct the emergency personnel to your location. 2. YOUR RV NUMBER MUST BE PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED SO EMERGENCY PERSONNEL CAN LOCATE YOUR UNIT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. 3. Wally Byam Control and the Scooter Patrol Personnel will also assist as resources are available.

SEVERE WEATHER
1. In the event of severe weather, those owning weather radios will be alerted if tuned to WNG-660 on 162.500 MHZ and Gillette area radio stations will also broadcast weather information at 1270am, 100.7fm and 106.1fm. Wally Byam Control on Channel 14 will also announce the conditions. The sirens will normally only go off if there is a Tornado Warning for the area that includes the CamPlex grounds. 2. It is recommended that you secure awnings, flags, and all loose items around your unit any time you leave your unit as storms with strong winds can build quickly in this part of the country. 3. WARNING. a. If the WARNING occurs during the day and you are in the Pavilions, Energy Hall, or Heritage Center, you should move into hallways, smaller rooms and if possible, seek shelter under furniture and fixtures. b. If the WARNING occurs after hours, you should proceed to beneath the Morningside Park Grandstands c. If we are experiencing severe weather, the siren has not gone off, but you feel unsafe in your RVs, then you may proceed to the Morningside Park Grandstands. 4. Pets may be taken to the building but you must be prepared to accommodate their needs. 5. You will be given an all clear by Traffic Control Personnel and Wally Byam Control on Channel 14 when the severe weather has passed. .

HANDICAP PARKING 1. Handicap parking spaces are available for Handicap Persons ONLY with valid Handicap Parking stickers prominently displayed on the windshield or dash. 2. The Sheriffs’ Department will be patrolling the area and will issue citations for illegal parking. SECURITY 1. The CamPlex is a very secure and safe place, but it is always best to take necessary precautions to protect your property. 2. It is recommended that you keep all your RV compartments locked as well as your vehicle. 3. Keep all bicycles, scooters, etc. locked when not in use.
