                           Role Profile

JOB TITLE:          County Manager’s Assistant

REPORTS TO:         County Manager

PURPOSE:            To carry out all administrative functions within the county
                    office/s.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

      •   To assist in the administration of Welfare Casework in support of
          the Welfare Officer in accordance with RBL policy.
      •   To provide full administrative support and reception services to the
          County office.
      •   To operate and maintain Call Referral System (CRS) and Welfare
          Claims and Administration System (WCAS) databases.
      •   To assist in the support of local Poppy Appeal.
      •   To assist in supporting the County Manager on all Membership
          matters.
      •   To undertake additional tasks that are consistent with the nature
          and grade of this post as required by the County Manager to ensure
          the effective and efficient running of the office.
