Thank you for considering Blog What? Design to create your new website! Please note that by filling out this order form, a request to quote your project is all that is being made. It is only after the client accepts the resulting quote and makes payment will the project begin. Please read our terms & conditions for more information.

form before you begin. If you are unsure of an answer, specify this and move onto the next question. Additionally, please be as thorough as possible in your answers. The more information you provide us with, the better we can assist you during the design process and offer you the design you would like. Please feel free to take as long as you’d like to complete this form. Save it, review it, and submit to us when you are ready. In order to send the form, simply attach the entire document to an e-mail addressed to support@blogwhatdesign.com. Please rename the file with your name. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us before you submit the form. If there are any changes you would like to make to your project, please notify us BEFORE your quote is sent. It is the client’s responsibility to provide us with this information in a timely manner.
