Blog What? Design: Project Order Form Thank you for considering Blog What? Design to create your new website! Please note that by filling out this order form, a request to quote your project is all that is being made. It is only after the client accepts the resulting quote and makes payment will the project begin. Please read our terms & conditions for more information. A few instructions: Please complete this form to the best of your ability and preview the entire form before you begin. If you are unsure of an answer, specify this and move onto the next question. Additionally, please be as thorough as possible in your answers. The more information you provide us with, the better we can assist you during the design process and offer you the design you would like. Please feel free to take as long as you’d like to complete this form. Save it, review it, and submit to us when you are ready. In order to send the form, simply attach the entire document to an e-mail addressed to support@blogwhatdesign.com. Please rename the file with your name. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us before you submit the form. If there are any changes you would like to make to your project, please notify us BEFORE your quote is sent. What kind of deadline are we looking at? Is it negotiable? Do you have a domain or hosting already? Are you in need of these services? Do you have a specific budget planned? (Logo creation, branding etc…) List 3-5 competitors’ websites: Monetizing Are you interested in monetizing your blog with advertisements or currently have advertising? What kind of advertisements would you like to publish or are currently using? The Design If there is an image you would like to use, please attach it in an e-mail. If you have sent us an image, please describe it here. If not, describe what type of images/photos etc... you are interested in using for your new design. What pages and/or sections would you like to include? (About, Products, Etc...) If you have a specific structure planned out, only need a blog with a few sidebar options, or are open to suggestions, please list this. Note: If you have content already written for specific pages, please state this and the nature of the content. Blog What Design will not create or “write” content to fill your pages. It is the client’s responsibility to provide us with this information in a timely manner. Please list 3-5 website designs that you like. Please list well made, professionally created designs and list them as such: http://www.URL.com – The 3 column layout works great for this site and I love it. Pick one or two websites that you DO NOT like, and state why. http://www.URL.com – The content on the homepage is way too cluttered! Any favorite colors? Usually the designer will use images selected for a color… but if you have a burning urge to use one, list it here. Existing Websites Only What would be the first thing you would change about your website as it is now? What existing plugins, features, or modules would you like to work in your new redesign? Features! Are there any new features/plugins you would like to use. Vague ideas and suggestions may be listed along with other websites’ features you may like. Extras Do you plan on marketing your website online, or would you simply like to order a few banners for your own use? Do you have any specific websites in mind where you’d like to advertise your company? Are you in need of these services at all? List as many adjectives as you’d like to describe what you would like your website to be: Will you need continual maintenance after your website is launched (product updates etc…) or will you simply be editing your website through your CMS (or blog)?
