Bernadette Pabillare is the Assistant Director of Research in the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs at Claremont Graduate University. Her prior work experience includes coordinating both pre- and post-award research activities at Keck Graduate Institute as Grants Administrator. Before joining Keck, Bernadette supported the clinical, education, and research activities at City of Hope National Medical Center and Beckman Research Institute in the Clinical Cancer Genetics Department for more than five years. Bernadette’s primary role in the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs is to support CGU faculty and staff in preparing and submitting grants and contracts for extramural funding. She also assists the IRB office in administering the Institutional Review Board activities for the institution. Bernadette is a member of the National Council of University Research Administrators and recently completed her mid-career B.S. with honors in organizational management at the University of La Verne. She is thrilled and proud to be part of the CGU family and hopes to make a contribution in supporting and advancing the agenda of research and sponsored programs at CGU.
