Our Big News: Cocinar Mexicano on PBS!

How honored are we? Imagine. Cocinar Mexicano is one of ten
cooking schools around the world featured on the new PBS food show,
Gourmet’s Adventures With Ruth, hosted by Ruth Reichl. See us in
New York & Boston beginning with an East Coast launch November
14th and 15th. Join Cocinar director Magda Bogin, master cooks
Teresa Bello and Gisela Quiroz, and meet local farmers and artisans as
Ruth and Chef Ian Knauer learn to prepare a mouth-watering array of
traditional and contemporary Mexican dishes---including squash ﬂower
tamales, stuffed poblano chiles and our signature cilantro soup.
