Dawn Health Care (Two-story medical office building, 4849 Lake Worth Road). Magnolia Bay (112 condo units, on Grandiflora Drive, off 10th Ave N., west of Jog Rd. 50 units have been C.O.’d).

Approximately 900 C.O.’s have been issued, 62 homes are in various stages of construction, which leave approx. 15 to go. Manatee Key, on Nyack Lane, north of Bowman Street. Project consists of 13 twofamily buildings (26 residential units) Eagle Trace, 40 Single family homes on Eagle Ridge Drive inside Riverbridge.
