Approval of a variance to allow 47.85 square feet of additional sign area along McMullen Booth Road where 150 square feet is the maximum sign area permitted per street frontage; and 2. Approval of a variance to allow a second wall sign on the west side of the hospital emergency room 3231 McMullen Booth Road HF (Hospital Facilities) District
