If you change your “external greeting,” both your “internal” and “external” callers will hear the same greeting. Press 1 for external greeting after the system prompts you. Press 5 to record greeting then press # Press 2 to review the new greeting. Press 76 to delete the new greeting, or Press 4 to save greeting and return to messages.
