Universal Road Reconstruction Fairwood Avenue to Progress Avenue
Description: Project reconstructs severely deteriorated pavement and builds sidewalks and curb ramps along this industrial roadway. Project length is approximately 2,200 feet.

Benefits: Reconstructs deteriorated roadway and provides pedestrian access. Costs: Schedule: Construction: $1.5 Million (estimate). Design: Completed. Right-of-way acquisition: December 2009 – May 2010. Construction: Tentative start July 2010, ending November 2010.
