For Immediate Release For Immediate Release October 16, 2009 For More Information Contact: Public Information Office 904-630-2133 Assistant Chief Tom Hackney Crimes Against Persons Section Investigations Division Goodwin Street Sexual Battery On Friday October 9, 2009, between approximately 7:50 p.m. and 8:05 p.m., a female resident of Five Points was riding her bicycle in the 1500 block of Goodwin Street. She was attacked and sexually battered by three black male subjects. The subjects all appeared to be in their teens, according to the victim, and possibly less than eighteen years old. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office Sex Crimes Unit has been investigating the case all week and late Thursday, with the victim’s help, composite drawings were completed. There is enough detail to provide composite drawings of two of the three subjects. Subject One: Black male, 15-18 years old, black medium length braided hair, may be twisted and bunched together, light skin complexion, wearing an unknown color shirt and unknown color basketball shorts. Subject Two: Black male, 15-18 years old, black short length hair, medium skin complexion, wearing unknown color clothing. Subject Three: (no composite available) Black male, 15-18 years old, black short length hair, medium skin complexion, wearing a white tank top undershirt. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is reaching out to the public for assistance in this case.
