4. ADOPTION OF NOVEMBER 17, 2004. On a motion by Lou Myerowitz, second of Jim Reynolds, all in favor to adopt previous months minutes. 5. ADOPTION OF PREVIOUS MONTH’S RESOLUTIONS A motion was made by Matt Feinstone second of Lou Myerowitz , all in favor to adopt Resolutions Z-34 2004 thru Z-40, 2004.
6. APPLICANT PHILIP BARNABI 106 S. VICTORIA AVE. BLOCK 12, LOT 7 Applicant was represented by Scott Becker, Esquire requesting a “D” variance to demolish the existing property and construct a side by side duplex. Photographs of the premises were entered into evidence as Exhibit’s A-1 thru A-9. Parking on site for 1/1/2 cars and 1 on street space. Mr. DeLanzo, Architect stated that this would be an upgrade to the existing neighborhood. It was agreed upon that the application would be amended to locate the building back 5 feet. PUBLIC PORTION None BOARD DISCUSSION On a motion of Lou Myerowitz, second of Jim Accardi, all in favor to approve this application. 6 in favor 0 opposed, motion carries. 7. APPLICANT JAMES MARTIN 129 N. PRINCETON AVE. BLOCK 165, LOT 16 TEST YEAR 1947 James Martin represented by Brian Callaghan, Esquire requesting a CNC for two units. Mr. Martin purchased this property as a 2 unit property and relied on city records which reflected same. PUBLIC PORTION Donald Tancredi, 132 N. Princeton purchased this property in April 2004 stated his objection as there is no on street parking. Kenneth Hall, 117 N. Princeton, has owed this home for 75 years and voiced concerns with density and a burden on the school system. BOARD DISCUSSION On a motion of Matt Feinstone, second of Lou Myerowitz to approve this application.. 6 in favor 0 opposed, motion carries.
8. APPLICANT CRAIG TRAGBAR 225 N. SURREY AVE. BLOCK 149, LOT 16 Brian Callaghan, Esquire represented this applicant requesting a C variance. Mr. Callaghan stated that the application would be amended stepping the front wall set back 10 feet. They proposed to demolish the existing home and rebuild a 2 story single family home with two off street parking spaces. The amended application will be submitted to the City Engineer and the Zoning Official. Art Ponzio, architect presented renderings of the proposed structure. PUBLIC PORTION None BOARD DISCUSSION On a motion of Matt Feinstone, second of Mike Weissen, to approve this application. 6 in favor 0 opposed, motion carries. 9. APPLICANT JOSEPH & JUDITH GREENSTONE 7001 ATLANTIC AVENUE BLOCK 80, LOT 1 Martin Blumberg, Architect represented the applicant requesting various C variances to alter the structure. Mr. Blumberg entered Exhibit A-1 a revision to the plan dated 12/1/04, 1st floor and Exhibit A-2 a photograph of the side yard. PUBLIC PORTION None.

10. APPLICANT THOMASINO DEMARCO 116 N SACRAMAENTO AVENUE BLOCK 165, LOT 24 Ms. DeMarco represented herself in requesting a C variance to construct a larger front porch. Ms. DeMarco stated that she has no intentions to enclose this area. PUBLIC PORTION None. BOARD DISCUSSION On a motion of Jim Reynolds, second of Jim Accardi to approve this application, 6 in favor 0 opposed, motion carries.
