√√ Always, one of the first considerations is cost. Your own domain name will cost you $150.00 for five years at 2009 prices. This also includes our time for administering your domain name and managing your space on the remote server. If you want us to register your site monthly with the search engines, there will be an additional charge of $100.00 for the entire five years. Beyond that, there are no other monthly fees or additional charges. √√ Due to the number of variables involved, to quote a price for website design is complicated. We can tell you, that within the past year a very large site that we designed for under $2,000.00 had been quoted by our competitor at $4,600.00.
√√ We would be very surprised if we could not save you a considerable amount of money over any other professional design firm. Usually we can come pretty close with an estimate after talking in person, by email or by phone.

• Following are some ideas we have been playing with recently. Perhaps some of these slides will help you visualize your own new website. These layouts are pretty generic so that they could easily be adapted to most any professional or personal site. They are templates which must be purchased from another design firm which may make the cost prohibitive. Some of these are “flash” templates with tasteful animation of the pages. We do not particularly enjoy working from another firm’s design seems lazy to us, and not very creative. But, we have done it and would again if it will save our customer money.
