Indemnity
TO: Full Name of Person to whom Indemnity is being Given (the "Indemnitee")
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby indemnifies and saves harmless the Indemnitee from and against any actions, suits, claims, losses, damages, costs and liabilities whatever, which the Indemnitee may suffer or incur by reason of Describe Reason for Giving of Indemnity (ie. the use of the undersigned's sailboat). This indemnity shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Indemnitee and the undersigned.
