Resolution of the Directors of
Declaration of Cash Dividend Resolved That:
A cash dividend is hereby declared and payable to all holders of shares in the capital of the Corporation as of pursuant to which the Corporation will pay an aggregate of representing on each of the outstanding shares held by such shareholder as of that date.
