Senior Centers, Programs & Groups
The following is a listing of Senior Centers and other groups which offer programs for older adults in Onondaga County . These programs address the socialization, educational and recreational needs of older adults. Some may also be a point of entry into the health and human services network to assist seniors in accessing needed community resources. Many publish newsletters listing their programs.

Publications
Prime
Prime is a monthly newspaper published by Eagle Newspapers in conjunction with the Onondaga County Office for the Aging. The publication provides information on services, a community calendar of events and special features each month about issues that impact the older population and their families. AARP Publications
AARP provides an annual subscription to Modern Maturity, a magazine dedicated to senior citizens, with their annual membership fee. Older women should look for More, a national magazine for female seniors.
