Waiver of Moral Rights
TO: Name of Owner of Works
WHEREAS: (A) The undersigned (the "Consultant) has been retained by Name of Owner of Works (the "Owner") to create or contribute to the creation of works, products and other such deliverables (the "Owner's Works") for and on behalf of the Owner; The Owner wishes to protect its proprietary rights in and to the Owner's Works;

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the sum of two dollars ($2.00) now paid by the Owner to the Consultant and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereby agrees as follows: 1. The Consultant hereby waives all of the Consultant's moral rights in any Owner's Works and any derivative works thereof. The Consultant represents and warrants that all Owner's Works are original. This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of State of Employer (ie. Washington). This Waiver will be binding upon the heirs, executors, successors and legal representatives of the Consultant and will enure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the Consultant.
