Fees For Home Care Service

Patients are charged a fee for nursing, physical therapy, speech ther apy, home health aide service, lead screening, HIV testing & adult immunization. Fees may be paid through vari ous sources according to individual health plans such as: Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, other private insurances. There is also an adjusted fee scal e. No patient is refused services due to inability to pay, if the service is needed and ordered by the family physician.
