I refer to the lease agreement between us dated Date of Lease Agreement (the "Lease") in connection with the Premises. You have requested our approval to make certain alterations (the "Alterations") to the Premises in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted by you dated Date of Drawings, Plans and Specifications. We hereby approve the Alterations, provided that the terms and conditions of the Lease are complied with by you in all respects.
