Roast Breast of English Turkey A traditional Christmas roast dinner with chestnut & apricot stuffing, pork sausages wrapped in bacon and cranberry sauce 8oz Rump Steak Local steak from Westborough, chargrilled to your liking and served with a chestnut cream sauce Roast Vegetable Tarte Tatin (v) Root vegetables on puff pastry with a cranberry glaze Baked Scottish Salmon Fillet With Basil Pesto and Roast Tomatoes ~
