Assignment of Web Site Domain Name
TO: Name of Person Acquiring Domain Name (Assignee)
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby assigns, transfers and sets over unto Name of Person Acquiring Domain Name (Assignee) (the “Assignee”) all of its right, title and interest in and to the Internet domain name "Internet Domain Name (ie. abcdefg.com)" (the "Domain Name"). The undersigned represents and warrants that (i) it has the full power and lawful authority to enter into this Assignment, and (ii) it is the lawful owner of the Domain Name. The undersigned hereby agrees to execute, do and perform such other documents, acts and things as the Assignee may reasonably request to give effect to the foregoing, including but not limited to execution of documentation required by the agency responsible for administering the Domain Name.
