   The Ventura County Area Agency on Aging intends to issue contracts for FY 2009-10, using
   Older Americans Act (OAA) funds, Older Californians Act (OCA) funds and American
   Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) funds to the organizations and in the amounts listed
   herein. GRANT CONTRACTS: OAA Title III B-General Support: Camarillo Health Care District,
   $40,000, Club Ponderosa adult day care; Caregivers: Volunteers Assisting the Elderly, $30,000,
   visiting and telephone reassurance; Catholic Charities, $35,000, case management; Grey Law,
   $49,020, legal assistance; Home Remedies, $10,000, home modifications and safety devices.
   Title III C-Senior Nutrition: Jordano’s Food Service, $622,000; Camarillo Health Care District,
   $58,061; HELP of Ojai, $106,000; City of Fillmore, $9,819; City of Moorpark, $17,836; City of
   Oxnard, $64,005; City of Port Hueneme, $12,000; San Salvador Mission, $15,000; City of Santa
   Paula, $6,754; City of Simi Valley, $57,647; City of Thousand Oaks,,$23,911; and the City of
   Ventura, $50,710. Title III D-Health: Ventura County Medical Resource Foundation, $35,000,
   case management-health model. OAA Title III E Family Caregiver: Gold Coast Caregivers,
   $35,000, in-home respite; Home Remedies, $15,000, caregiver home adaptations; Long Term
   Care Services, $21,600, pre-placement counseling; Senior Concerns, $31,500, family caregiver
   case management; and StingRae Productions, $15,000, caregiver home adaptations. Title V:
   SER-Jobs Progress, $107,526, employment training. OCA: FOOD Share, $20,661, Brown Bag
   Program; Senior Concerns, $68,485, Alzheimer’s Day Care Resource Center. ARRA Title V
   funds: SER-Jobs Progress, $24,867; ARRA meal site expansion pilot project: City of Ventura,
   $25,000. VENDOR CONTRACTS: Assisted Home Care, $6,000; Assistive Devices $5,000; Bill
   Payers Plus, $2,000; Darancare, $7,000; ResponseLINK, $7,000; Elderpride, Inc. dba Shop
   Ahoy, $10,000; First Choice Medical Supply, $7,000; Grabbars by LeRoy, $7,000; GTL, Inc.,
   $22,000; Health Quest Home Care, $15,000; Hill Moving and Storage, $1,500; Home Instead,
   $28,000; Home Remedies, $2,000; LivHome, $11,000; Maxim Health Care, $18,000; MediTech
   $2,000; Roadrunner Shuttle $35,500; Rosalinda Yanez $550; Senior Concerns $5,000;

   Construction, $2,000. No new applications for grants or vendors are being accepted at this time.
   Funding and award of all contracts are contingent upon the receipt of federal and state funds.
