TIM MILLER OF EQUUSEARCH SAYS THAT DRESS CAYLEE MIGHT HAVE BEEN WEARING WHEN SHE DISAPPEARED HAS BEEN FOUND!!!
Moments ago, Tim Miller of Texas Equusearch told Nancy Grace that a dress was just found in an area of interest, where cell phone pings from Casey’s phone indicated that Casey had been at that location at a key time. The Mickey Mouse size 6 dress was found in bushes near a roadway close to the Orlando International Airport. It has been sent to the laboratory for testing. Miller was not happy that the discovery had been leaked. There has been much confusion over whether Equusearch would be searching the area this week. Some reports have said that the organization will not search, while others have said the search would begin Wednesday, so as not to interfere with the Grand Jury proceedings tomorrow, in which an indictment for murder will be sought by the state. The public has been told that Miller has been in Orlando for several days, looking at ground conditions to determine whether or not it’s safe to bring volunteers in to resume the search for Caylee. I believe that Miller and his elite team have been searching since Thursday, though. They are privy to information that the general public does not have. Perhaps Miller and his core team have been searching areas under the public radar. This would explain why Texas Equusearch is pulling out of the area: they’ve discovered more than they are telling, and there remains no need for any further search to be done.

A grand jury is set to convene 12 hours from now. If an indictment is handed down, Casey Anthony will be arrested immediately thereafter for murder.
