WHEREAS Photographer is in the business of providing professional photographic service and products (“Coverage”),


AND Client is desirous of engaging Photographer to provide such Coverage; NOW THEREFORE for good and valuable
                              consideration received the parties hereto agree as follows:

        1. Photographer will provide Coverage of the marriage of Client on __________(month)_________(day) of

                                              __________(year) - the “Wedding Day” at

                       ______________________________(location)_________________________(street)

                                             _______________(city)___________(state)



                2. Client will pay to Photographer a total price of $__________ on the following terms:

                          a. a deposit of $_________ upon execution of this agreement; and

                 c. the balance, $__________, on the Wedding Day upon completion of photography.

        3. Photographer shall be the exclusive photographer for Client’s wedding. (Others may be permitted to
                                                    photograph.)


      4. It is expressly agreed that all rights to use and ownership, including copyright, of negatives, digitally- or
       electronically-produced images, or any material produced by Photographer and any reproductions there
      from are reserved by Photographer for Photographer’s benefit, whether for display, publicity or otherwise.

       5. In the event that Photographer is unable to provide Coverage, Photographer will make best efforts to
     secure the services of an alternate qualified photographer; however the liability of Photographer in any event
                                shall be limited to the refund of the deposits then paid.

      7. Client may cancel this contract prior to the Wedding Day, thereby forfeiting all deposits paid, by written
                                                 notice to Photographer.

 IN WITNESS WHEREOF THE PARTIES HAVE EXECUTED THIS AGREEMENT AS OF THE DATE FIRST ABOVE
