Consignment Terms & Conditions
CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT:

- Consignors will receive 40% of the proceeds from the sale of each item.
- Madison On Main is not responsible for theft and damaged items.
- Madison On Main reserves the right to discount the sale price of each item by 20% after 30 days.
- Items will remain on the floor up to 60 days upon space availability.

PAYMENT:

- Calls or e-mailing in advance is encouraged for current updates of your account status, not walk-ins.
- We make payments once a month, so it is your responsibility as a consignor to check the status of your account by
  calling/e-mailing between Mondays to Fridays only.
- Madison On Main is not responsible for notifying consignors of their account status.
- We do not update accounts on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Consigned items not sold after 60 days will be returned to consignors unless specified.
- We will call to notify you any returns made from your items. You are given 7 days to pick up these returns; items not pick up
  within these 7 days will be donated to charity.

*Consignors who neglect to communicate with Madison On Main for a period of 3 months or longer will forfeit all
 proceeds and items under their account.

*Consignors are responsible to update all current telephone numbers/email address.
