Please note, it is necessary that all incidents be documented on behaviour tracking forms and be given to the appropriate person for recording in the WinSchool system. Students
who arrive at the office unaccompanied by a tracking form (or teacher who will later submit the tracking form) will be returned to class/appropriate place until tracking form is
received. It is not possible for the administration to deal effectively with situations if only the student presents the situation. Students will not progress through the steps outlined
if the tracking forms are not filed with the office.

Teachers need to keep their own records regarding discipline.
