Every traveler must be able to produce a return ticket and upon request, proof of sufficient funds for the duration of stay. Business Visa for South African passport holders required! Business visas will only be required for those businessmen who will be receiving financial remuneration whilst in Peru from a local company or from a foreign subject established in the territory of Peru. Upon departure, customs authorities will request from business visa holders a formal letter from a Peruvian based company stating if any financial remuneration was received. If so, the traveler must include in the letter that all taxes have been paid and if not, that the company guarantees the payment to the Peruvian Government. Validity Visas are valid for a period up to 90 Days from date of entrance and can be renewed with the proper authorities in Peru. Photos must be in clour, not black and white. Passports must be submitted without any cover.
