					1. What is your greatest weakness?

   I tend to be overly optimistic about deadlines, which means I have to make a conscious effort to plan
more for the unexpected.

2. What is your greatest strength?

    Rising above my disappointments and moving forward is what I am most proud of and I am Flexible to
handle changes. Adaptable, can work anywhere, anytime and long hours. Good leadership and team
building ability and Co-operative.

3. Describe a typical work week.

    On Monday I begin by going over the list from the previous week, setting priorities. I review the
progress of existing projects, and then check the calendar to refresh my memory on the upcoming week. I
like to meet with my staff early, mid and late week to discuss priorities, check progress, and then prepare
for the following week. I want to make sure, as much as possible, that we can all dedicate to tasks that
move projects forward, so I make habits out of organizational tasks for speed.”

4. Do you take work home with you?

    Yes, I believe that it is important to have time to relax, too much time in work decreases productivity
and increases errors.

5. How many hours do you normally work?

    45 hours per week

6. How would you describe the pace at which you work?

   I would describe myself as a diligent worker. I strongly believe in quality, and do keep in mind time
constraints and deadlines. For that reason, I have taught myself the exceptionally useful skills of
multitasking and time-management. I have finished quality projects in advance of any deadlines.

7. How do you handle stress and pressure?

        First of all I will find the root cause of stress or Pressure and I will work on removing those causes
instead of trying to remove work pressure. If I enjoy my work, there will be very less chances of having
stress and pressure.

8. What motivates you?

   I've always been motivated by the desire to do a good job at whatever position I'm in. I want to excel
and to be successful in my job, both for my own personal satisfaction and for my organization.

9. What are your salary expectations?

     Any thing that is Negotiable

10. What do you find are the most difficult decisions to make?
     The most difficult decision to make is when we have to let someone go. We have to be very sure and
clear with them why this is happening. Legally and professionally, it must be handled well. This decision
can be even tougher if we have risen through the ranks, and the person involved was someone who was
once a peer, but now works for us. As long as we are professional, and there isn't any person bias in the
decision, we should be able to manage it. But it's still a difficult situation.

11. Tell me about yourself.

     I would describe my self, as I am a cool and self-confident guy with a predetermined goal to fulfill my
objective. I believe in hard work and Sincerity, which should be backed by good, character and discipline,
which are necessary for anyone to reach his/her goals. I feel that I am having them.

At my free time I like to play cricket, Watching Television and listening to Music.

12. What has been the greatest disappointment in your life?

      There haven't been any great disappointments in my life but just minor "set backs" that I have been
able to overcome.

13. What are your pet peeves?

     I do not have a pet peeve. If something is bothering me, I will step back and analyze and find a good
solution.

14. What do people most often criticize about you?


    There is no on-going criticism about me as I am open to personal and professional growth and
welcome the opportunity to improve.


15. When was the last time you were angry? What happened?

      Anger to me means loss of control. I do not lose control. When I get stressed, I step back, take a deep
breath, thoughtfully think through the situation and then begin to formulate a plan of action.

16.    If you could relive the last 10 years of your life, what would you do
       differently?

      Nothing really as I have learned from each experience I have had.

17.    What relation do you see between your profile and hospitality?

     I chose hospitality and tourism because it is where my abilities in customer service and teamwork can
be best utilized. This industry allows me to be creative but business-oriented at the same time. The skills I
can acquire in hospitality can also be transferred to other various industries. And I get a chance to meet
people from around the globe.



18. If the people who know you were asked why you should be hired, what
     would they say?
     I am sure, if you asked my friends that question they would say you should hire me because I have the
skills outlined in the job description and I bring more than three years of expertise to this position. Words
they have used to describe me are: hard working, professional, trusted and a team player.

19. Do you prefer to work independently or on a team?

I am equally comfortable working as a member of a team and independently.

20. Give some examples of teamwork.

      In my last position, I was a part of Banquets team. We all worked together to plan and manage the
needs of the customer, and ensure customer satisfaction.

21. What type of work environment do you prefer?

    I would look most forward an atmosphere in which I can contribute my fullest potential and help the
organization to grow and prosper.

 22. How do you evaluate success?

     Success is a journey but not a destination. If we are keeping going through that journey, then we will
achieve much higher milestones in the future. In other words Success is happiness, if we are happy with
what we have done, then that means we are successful.

     I well understand that this is a company on the way up. Your Web site says the launches of several
  new projects are coming up in Canada and New Zealand. I want be a part of this organization as it grows.

 23. What applicable attributes / experience do you have?

     I have over Three years of work experience with ISTA Hotel, Bangalore, Where I have increased my
credentials for the management of outlets and have been an increasing productivity for my team, Increasing
Revenue for the outlet, decreasing cost for the organization Etc. I am well versed and experienced in
hygiene standards, minimizing wastage and have Technical and Managerial skills. I am able to handle
junior staff, good at Customer satisfaction. I can handle the pressure of the work, hard working, and
friendly Above all would like to carve a niche in the Hospitality Sector.

   24. What can you do for this organization?

   With my personal and professional experiences, my knowledge, skills and abilities, I can make a
difference in the operational level and would like to grab every opportunity to grow with the organization.

25. Why should we hire you?

        Because I sincerely believe that I'm the best person for the job. I realize that there are many others,
  who have the ability to do this job. I also have that ability. But I also bring an additional quality that
  makes me the very best person for the job, my attitude for excellence. And it is by putting every part of
  my efforts into achieving it.
      26 What can you contribute to promote the financial situation of our
company?

          Well, all I can contribute to the company is my ability and skills. I can give the best service
     compared to any other person, I would be very customer centric, customer centric - means going out of
     the way and helping the customer staying in our support boundaries, I would be looking for both the
     client’s parameters and the customer service.

  27. What is important to you?

     Two things are very important to me. One is my professionalism at work; the second is my family life.
     28. What are your goals for the next five years / ten years?

       My goal for the next ten years is to become a Food and Beverage manager in a Luxury hotel.

      I am bringing my personal and professional experiences, my knowledge, skills and abilities to this new
   position. I plan to work diligently to master the duties and tasks of the position and the performance
   objectives established by my new supervisor and myself as well as embrace every opportunity to grow with
   the organization.

         Something, which the company thinks, appropriate.

   31. What will you do if you don't get this position?

      Experience in the Hospitality Industry and with the team would make me one of the best candidates
   available for the position. If I don’t get this position, then I will go back through my profile and correct any
   mistakes and apply again for the same position.

  32. What would you do differently if you could start your working life over?

      I would have been more outgoing and less self-conscious when I was younger. I would have listened
   more to my parents' advice, and spent as much time with my family as possible.
   Overall, though, I am pretty happy with the choices I have made. I didn't do anything that I truly deeply
   regret.

   33. How do you balance life and work?

       By Figuring Out What Really Matters to me in Life also by protecting my Private Time and By
   Planning Fun and Relaxation in the free time.
