Melodee Hanes Max Baucus PHOTO!
Melodee Hanes and Max Baucus (picture below) were in a relationship when Max
nominated his girfrlend Melodee for U.S. attorney. Melodee Hanes is girlfriend to
Baucus now and reportedly while the Senate Finance Committee Chair nominated
her for a U.S. attorney slot.
Wanda and Max Baucus were married for 25 years. In April the couple announced
they were separating, issuing a join statement that they had still had “mutual
respect” for each other. This was Max Baucus second marraige.
But mutual respect is not what Washington is having for Baucus today who after
his separation with Wanda started dating Hanes and then nominated her for a
U.S.attorney spot.
AP reports they started dating in the summer after Max and Wanda’s separation. A
spokesperson for Baucus said her name was withdraw once they started living
together adding “Melodee Hanes is supremely qualified and she got to her current
position based solely on her merit”.
President Obama would eventually nominate Michael Cotter who would get the
spot.
