									      HOW TO LOGIN TO THE ONLINE ENQUIRE WEB PAGE
All services providers are required to register with the MSO in order to access the details
on the online query module for authorisation and claims.

How to register your account:

              Access the MSO website www.mso.co.za
              At the top of this page, there is a tab ONLINE QUERIES
              Click on this tab and this will display the auth and claims enquiry page
              At the bottom there is a button “LOGIN HERE”
              Click on this button and the login will display
              At the bottom of the login display there are 2 questions:
                   o Have you forgotten your login or password?
                   o Do you want to register for an account?

   Select
        o Do you want to register for an account?

You will be required to select a Service Type: Supplier / Service Group - This will
display the Vendor Group.

   If you are registering from a hospital select – Supplier or Service Group and click
    “OK”
   The registration form will be displayed
   Please note: all fields are mandatory
   The information required in this form is of the person registration and not the
    provider information
   The only provider information required will be the provider practice number
   The fields that require completion are :

    Fields                     Field Description
    Name                       First Name of person registering
    Surname                    Surname of person registering
    Practice Number            Provide BHF Practice Number
    Email Address              E-mail address of person registering
    Desired Password           User selected password
    Confirm Password           Confirmed user selected password
    Keyword to remember        A keyword that will help you remember your password.
    your password              “It is important that you enter a keyword that is
                               associated with your password, as it will be
                               required if you need us to reset your password.”

   Please click the submit button once you have completed the form
   Your request will be forwarded to the Web Administrator for activation
   An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided on the form with the following
    message:
   This e-mail will be titled “ User Registration Notification”

   The Content

    The Password for Account '0112003-Diane' has been set to '12345'
    The Status of Account '0112003-Diane' is 'Pending'
    You will be notified when the Account becomes 'Active'
    Should you have any problems accessing this site, please contact:
    webqueries@mso.co.za”

   Highlighted in black is your login name, highlighted in Red is your password
   Please note: at this stage you will not be able to gain access as your
    account is pending
   The web administrator will activate your registration
   Once this is done you will receive an e-mail informing you that your registration has
    been activated
   This e-mail will be titled “User status changed”

   The Content

       Dear Diane
       An administrator has changed the status of your account '0112003-Diane'and the
       account is now active.
       You may now login with this account

       Regards,
       Warp Speed Mail Client

   You are now able to access the online enquires using you login name and password.


               HOW TO RESET A FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
If you have forgotten your password it is advisable to request that the webmaster reset
your password.

Please Note: should you attempt to login with an incorrect password more
then 3 times your login account will automatically be “Locked”.

   To reset your password:

              Access the MSO website www.mso.co.za
              At the top of this page, there is a tab ONLINE QUERIES
              Click on this tab and this will display the Auth and claims enquiry page
              At the bottom there is a button “LOGIN HERE”
              Click on this button and the login will display

   At the bottom of the login display there are 2 questions:
        o Have you forgotten your login or password?
        o Do you want to register for an account?

   Select
        o Have you forgotten your login or password?

   The next display will require the following information:
       o Enter your e-mail address that you originally registered with
       o Enter the Keyword to remember your password – this is the keyword you
          enter on the original registration form that helped you remember your
          password

   If you cannot remember this keyword we will not be able to reset your pass word
    automatically
   You will have to send an e-mail request to webqueries@mso.co.za requesting your
    password be reset
   Click the submit button once you have completed
   Your request will be forwarded to the Web Administrator for activation
   An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided on the form with the following
    message:
   This e-mail will be titled “ User Registration Notification”

   The Content
       The Password for Account '0112003-Diane' has been set to '8FXKE'.


       Regards,

   Please note that although your password has been reset, you will not be
    able to use it. The reason being is that your account has been pended and
    has to be activated by the Web administrator.


   The web administrator will activate your registration.
   Once this is done you will receive an e-mail informing you that your registration has
    been activated
   This e-mail will be titled “User status changed”.
   The Content

       Dear Diane
       An administrator has changed the status of your account '0112003-Diane'and the
       account is now active.
       You may now login with this account

       Regards,
       Warp Speed Mail Client.

   Login as before using your login name and the new password that was generated by
    the webmaster.

                             CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD

   It is advisable to change your password, to something that your can easily
    remember
   To do this , once you have logged in select
         o My Account

   The following menu option will be displayed:
       o My Profile, and
       o Change Password

   Select Change Password
   The change password page will be displayed
   Enter the following
        o Your old password
        o New Password
        o Confirm new password
   Click the “Submit” button
   The following message will appear ”Password Changed successfully!”
   You will now be required to use your new password when you next log in to the site.
