INTRODUCTION

1.    The seller is the registered owner of Erven 2018, 2019 and 2020 ESTER
      PARK EXTENSION 13
      ("the land").


1.     The seller will procure the development of residential buildings on the land
       and establish a sectional title scheme in respect of such buildings as
       envisaged in this agreement.


2.     The property hereby sold is a proposed section title unit in the aforesaid
       scheme.


3.     This agreement comprises this Schedule read together with annexures "A",
       "B1 – B3", "C" annexed thereto.
