VASWCD Strategic Plan Survey
1. Purpose of the Survey
At our December 2008 Annual Meeting, the VASWCD agreed to update our VASWCD strategic plan. At our
March VASWCD Board of Directors meeting, the Board discussed the strategic planning process in general and
agreed to set up a committee to make recommendations on how this planning would progress. To assist the
committee with the development of the strategic plan, opinions and input from districts and other individuals/groups
who have an interest in the future direction of the Association is essential. The following brief survey will provide the
necessary feedback to ensure the VASWCD is poised to represent Virginia’s districts most effectively and
accurately.
