           Bid4Assets and Infopia announce integration of Infopia
   auction management tools with Bid4Assets popular auction marketplace
                  High volume merchant Neimans Jewelry to beta test integration


SILVER SPRING, MD and SALT LAKE CITY, UT (August 15, 2006) – Online auction
marketplace Bid4Assets, Inc. and Infopia, the leader in on-demand multi-channel eCommerce,
today announced the integration of Infopia’s auction management tools with the Bid4Assets
auction marketplace to allow high-volume sellers to more easily and efficiently conduct and grow
their auction businesses.

The integration lets sellers take better advantage of Bid4Assets’ high-touch customer service,
national reach and marketing support to find the right buyers while improving profitability through
Infopia’s automated, end-to-end solutions. Neimans Jewelry, a high-volume merchant that uses
Infopia’s Marketplace Manager and sells on Bid4Assets, will beta test the integration with new
auctions starting this week on Bid4Assets.
