                      CHAPTER MMCXLII.



A FURTHER SUPPLEMENT TO THE ACT, ENTITLED, “AN ACT TO ES-
 TABLISH THE JUDICIAL COURTS OF THIS COMMONWEALTH.”

   [Section I.] (Section I, P. L.) Be it enactedby the Senate
and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Penn-
sylvania, in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by
the authority of the same, That the courts of quarter sessions of
the peace in the counties of Chester, Lancaster, York, Adams,
Dauphin, Northumberland and Lycoming, shall l)e held and con-
tinue during the first three days of the week appointed by law
for holding of courts in the said counties respectively, and no
longer.
   [Section II.] (Section II, P. L.) And be it further enacted
by the authority aforesaid, That this act shall continue in force
until the first day of March, Anno Domini one thousand eight
hundred and two, and no longer.

A SUPPLEMENT TO THE ACT VESTING CERTAIN POWERS IN THE
             JUDGES OF THE SUPREME COURT.

  [Section I.] (Section I, P. L.) Be it enacted by the Senate
and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Penn-
sylvania, in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by
the authority of the same, That if the city of Philadelphia should
        ‘Pa~eedAprIl 13th, 1791, Chapter 1575.
