A FURTHER SUPPLEMENT TO THE ACT, ENTITLED, “AN ACT TO
 ESTABLISH THE JUDICIAL COURTS OF THIS COMMONWEALTH, IN
 CONFORMITY TO THE ALTERATIONS AND AMENDMENTS IN THE
 CONSTITUTION.”l

   Whereas the times directed by the supplement to the act to
which this is a further supplement, for holding the several
courts of common pleas and general quarter sessions of the
peace iii the county of Franklin, in the fourth district, are in
many respects inconvenient. For remedy whereof:
    [Section I.] (Section I, P. L.) Ee it enacted by the Senate
and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Penn-
sylvania, in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by
the authority of the same, That from and after the tenth day
of May next, tile courts of common pleas and the courts of
general quarter sessions of the peace in the county of Frank-
liii, in the fourth district, shall be held on the last Monday of
December, March and July, and the Monday next preceding the
last Monday in October.
