   3. Reservations:
          Airline reservations: changes can be made in Germany for a minimum fee of $ 100.
          We have confirmations from Altenburg, and Achern; Students have been placed; they
                 will be contacted by email
   1.  Finances for trip to Germany: basic program including 10 day tour: $ 1.950 (all
       transportation, accommodation, breakfast/dinner, tours, basic accident/health insurance)
   2. Payments:        $ 130 registration ($ 100 non-refundable) due 12/04
                       $ 950 by 1/29 to purchase airline tickets
                       $ 350 by 3/04 for trip reservations
                       $ 520 by 4/29 (pending grant support)
                       $ 170 additional Paris option
            Management of funds: make checks out to: Lifegains/GAPP
   3. Phone Service: Paxx Telecom 1-800-347-0222
   4. Telephone Tree, please check for accuracy
   5. Fundraising: Final report on Raffle; Thank you notes!
   4. Passport: turn in a copy of your passport (inside picture and info) in case it gets lost
