EXTENDED WARRANTY PROGRAM The purchase of a Zoeller Pump Company extended warranty lengthens the original warranty of 1 year to 3 years from date of installation. Please refer to the models eligible for this extended warranty offering on page 2. The extended warranty offer extends to the first buyer and to any subsequent owner(s) as long as the pump remains installed at its original and permanent place of installation in the U.S.A., Canada, or Puerto Rico. HOW TO REGISTER YOUR EXTENDED WARRANTY It is mandatory that you complete and return the extended warranty registration card in the pre-addressed envelope provided. Please fill in every line and include the Date of Manufacture (MFG) and Part Number (P/N) located on the brass or stainless identification tag affixed to the pump. Failure to send in the completed card will void the extended warranty. The illustrations below indicate the location of the identification tag on the pump.

Extended Warranty Procedures
Installing/Registering the pump The pump you have purchased has been built for dependability, reliability, and safety as demonstrated with UL and/or CSA approvals. Zoeller has authorized an extended warranty on this product provided the following procedures have been performed: 1. 2. 3. 4. The pump must be installed by a plumbing professional or knowledgable installer. The pump must be installed according to all national, state, and local codes (plumbing and electrical) and per the manufacturer’s installation instructions. The extended warranty may only be sold through an authorized wholesaler, plumbing contractor, or by Zoeller Pump Company. The purchase of the extended warranty must be in accordance with the following guidelines: a) This extended warranty applies to permanent residential installations of specific Zoeller Pump Company models, as listed below. b) The extended warranty registration card must be properly completed and signed by the plumbing professional. For pumps with a date code older than 6 months, proof of purchase/installation is required. Contact Factory for guidance. The card must include the date of manufacture and part number from the identification tag. The card must be mailed to Zoeller Pump Company within 30 days of installation of the pump for the extended warranty to be valid. Once an extended warranty is activated, the pump is covered for 3 years from date of installation. In the event of a failure within the 3 year time frame, the pump that is replaced or repaired will continue to be warranted for the remainder of the 3 years from the original warranty activation. For warranty guidelines, please refer to FM0447 (Installation Instructions), page 2. Please note that this warranty is for permanent residential installations only, and does not cover failure attributed to improper pump sizing, pipe and electrical connections, accessories, and misuse & abuse as stated in FM0447 (Installation Instructions), nor damages for loss of use, consequential, incidental or indirect damages from pump failure. Any installation or labor charges are not covered by this warranty. Place extended warranty label on cord as shown in Figure 1. FIGURE 1
