HUMAN RESOURCE ALTERNATIVES is a team of experienced professionals dedicated to providing
high quality HR solutions through value-added outsourced services!

Cliff is a former Group Vice President of Human Resources for Sara Lee Corporation, Senior Vice
President HR - Russell Corporation and Vice President of Human Resources for PYA/Monarch Food
Service Distribution. He is past Chairman NAWGA/IFDA’s Human Resource Executive committee. His
40 years of experience includes 10 years of consulting and 30 at the corporate & operating level in
food, food distribution, consumer personal apparel, printing and manufacturing.

He and the team have in depth know how and experience in Compensation, Executive Coaching,
Organization and Human Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Search,
Recruitment and Selection, Employee & Labor Relations, Acquisition, Spin-Offs, and Start-Up
Initiatives.

A speaker at management seminars for the food industry & human resource conferences and at
college & university development programs. He has served on the Clemson University Board of
Continuing Education, is a former Board Member of the South Carolina Special Olympics and current
Board Member of the Urban League of the Upstate.
