Please read the regulations on the following page. The Secretary of Presbytery must forward TWO signed
copies to the Conference for endorsement. In turn, ONE copy will be forwarded to the General Council
Congregational, Educational, and Community Ministries.
The application must be submitted and approved by presbytery, endorsed and signed by Conference, and
approved by the Congregational, Educational, and Community Ministries Financial Support Group
BEFORE IMPROVEMENT BEGINS. All applications must include a financial statement and balance
sheet for the latest year-end as well as a current-year operating budget. Include estimates for work and
brief details of improvement.
