Sustainability

Conservation and sustainability have been considered throughout the development
of Entrepinos. The project developer has planted over 80 tress in order to maintain
the natural biodiversity of the parkland area, and has, voluntarily, returned a
significant portion of the original plot to the local council in order to increase the size
of the surrounding natural parkland and river area.

The materials used have, whenever possible, be sourced locally. The architectural
design, intelligent building controls and the inclusion of solar thermal panels ensures
comfortable living through low-energy usage.
Assurance Statement

The plot was approved for urban development and has been issued with planning
permission from the local council. The construction complies with local and national
laws, and is registered and certified by the Andalucian council of architects ”COAA”
