Shestatedthat a softwaremanual Sybex titled CiscoCertified Network AssociateStudyGuide is accompanied a CD-ROM by 1.1. publishes According to 1.2 that canbe readusing a home computerand an AdobeAcrobat Reader. 1.3 0' Callaghan, contentsof the CD-ROM arein PDF fontlat with certaindigital rights the protectionsthat preventprinting, copying,or moving the contentsof the CD-ROM 14 management 1.5 to morethan one computer. Shefurtherstatedthat Sybexintendsthe CD-ROM to only be used asa search tool for the large amountof information in the text, and that Sybexintendsthat users of the CD-ROM not be able to makeadditionalcopiesof the text. O'Callaghanstatedthat one exceptionto Sybex'spolicy is that Sybexundera properlicenseagreement allows the blind or dyslexiccustomerto removethe protectionsfrom the CD-ROM to makethe contentsan audible book in a Microsoft Word fonnat.
