RULES OF ENTRY

Each entry must be submitted on a fully completed application form (or copy thereof) in English. (Please note: addition al pages and supporting documents may also be attached, but the organisers take no responsibility for their safe-keeping and cannot return submissions). The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into before or after the judgi ng unless feedback has been requested and paid for at the time of entry. The entry must be received at the offices of Key20 Media in England by the closing date of Noon (GMT) on Thursday 18th October 2007 Key20 Media is not liable for any costs incurred by applicants during their judging process. Once a company is announced as a finalist, it cannot withdraw from the competition.

ENTRY & JUDGING PROCEDURE
The completed entry form with any supporting evidence should be sent to the organisers as set out above. Each entry will be read and evaluated by a panel of judges, collective scores will be combined and the top 10 finalists will be selected. The 10 finalists will be asked to attend a judging session, at which they will be required to make a presentation in English and answer questions from a panel of judges. The Chief Executive and another senior board member from the 10 finalist companies will be invited to the AWARDS LUNCHEON, as guests of the Award Sponsor.
