Most sports, you learn, take a course or have some tuition. With running, most of us just 'do it' and that's not a plug for the Nike 10k. So, how many of us are running at our best? As well as stamina, this track session is about relaxing, understanding your running style and maybe even suppress that Spotty Dog gallop (those of you under 45, I'll tell you some time). It will take place at Priory Park, Reigate on Saturday 20 September, starting at 11am (please note earlier than usual time). There is no need to enter in advance. Just turn up on the day at least 30 minutes before the start to give us time to register you and you time to warm up. The race will take place over a 2 lap course with a mixed terrain of short grass and trails. The long steep descent towards the end of each lap requires care.
